When booking an appointment with us, we kindly request a 25% deposit to secure your spot. This deposit helps us allocate resources and guarantees your reservation. Please read our cancellation policy carefully to understand our guidelines:
- No Call/No Show or Cancellation within 24 Hours: If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without notifying us or cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the designated time, your deposit will not be refunded. This policy is in place to compensate for the time and resources reserved exclusively for you.
- Cancellation with More than 24 Hours Notice: If you need to cancel your appointment and provide us with more than 24 hours’ notice, we will be happy to refund your deposit or assist you in rescheduling for another suitable date. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we appreciate your consideration in notifying us in a timely manner.
To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. In addition, you can reach us by phone or email, and our dedicated staff will gladly assist you.

Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice.
Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours, will result in a cancellation fee that will be applied as a credit to future services. The amount of the fee will be equal to 50% of the reserved services.
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply.
We require a credit card to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file.
