No Call/No Show or Cancellation within 24 Hours: If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without notifying us or cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the designated time, your deposit will not be refunded. This policy is in place to compensate for the time and resources reserved exclusively for you.
2. Cancellation with More than 24 Hours Notice: If you need to cancel your appointment and provide us with more than 24 hours’ notice, we will be happy to refund your deposit or assist you in rescheduling for another suitable date. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we appreciate your consideration in notifying us in a timely manner.

To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. In addition, you can reach us by phone or email, and our dedicated staff will gladly assist you.
